Watch Mike Bewley, Strength & Conditioning Coach for University of Dayton and President of ONS Performance demonstrate a fantastic three (3) part series of torso rotational exercises designed to increase complete strength in the core (erector spinae, multifidus, transverse abdominis, internal/external obliques, and hip flexor) muscles. These muscle run the length of the trunk and torso; and when they contract they help stabilize the spine, pelvis and shoulder girdle and help create a solid base of support. By developing strength in these core muscles, you develop a solid foundation from which to generate powerful movements of the extremities (legs, arms, shoulders).

Multi-Hip Strength Trianing Series

The best part, no expensive equipment of gym is needed to perform the exercise series.
